Caroline Muldoon

About Caroline

Caroline works in our Real Estate department. She advises on all areas of commercial property law with a keen focus on asset management, planning law, acquisitions/disposals & landlord and tenant law.

Prior to joining Ogier Leman, Caroline spent a number of enjoyable years working in-house for a commercial property developer bringing legal documents to life – from the desk to the construction site through to business occupation and continued management of those assets. She also advised on acquisitions & disposals, planning law & zoning, risk management & strategic future development of assets.

Caroline trained in a regional firm with a boutique commercial offering in development of greenfield sites, shopping centres & pension funds. Caroline is a graduate of the University of Galway & holds a Masters in Strategy, Innovation & People Management, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) & a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in legal science & sociological and political studies. She recently completed an advanced Diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from the Kings Inns.

About Caroline Muldoon

Caroline had great dreams / notions of traversing the world’s greatest ultra-marathon trails with Killan Jornet & Courtney Dauwalter until a few persistent injuries made life behind the desk seem a lot more favourable. Caroline has a great love of the outdoors. She knows all the best hiking spots to take oneself off the beaten track with a good book downloaded from Audible … and then inevitably using GPS to find a way back!

Caroline hails from Mayo. Supporting Mayo since the 1990’s, she has found some previous September Sundays in Dublin particularly painful. She still believes and consoles herself with that which emanated from some Boston Celtic supporter’s awhile back – it’s not as much fun supporting a team once they win, after decades of drought. Some lies are best believed, temporarily.

Caroline likes travelling – the more random location, the better, eating not cooking, fitness – preferably with minimal stretching. She particularly enjoys listening with intent ears to stories of feats of human endurance from the sports world, to business start-ups to fascinating biographical stories of those who had the sheer will to never give up. Endurance is always a fun adventure, some might say.
