Stephen is a solicitor in our Real Estate department. Stephen advises on all areas of commercial property transactions with a particular focus on acquisitions/ disposals, asset management and landlord and tenant matters.
Stephen trained with Ogier Leman prior to qualifying as a solicitor. He is a graduate of University College where he obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (Clinical). Prior to joining Ogier Leman, Stephen spent time working as a legal assistant at a leading regional law firm.
Stephen spent his youth dreaming of either walking out on the hallowed Old Trafford turf for Manchester United or captaining the Waterford hurlers to that elusive Liam McCarthy Cup. Still does, in fact.
He spent many years patrolling the swimming pools of his native Dungarvan as a lifeguard. He also uniquely holds a European medal in Australian Rules football, despite having no known affiliations to the land down under.
Stephen also enjoys globetrotting. In the recent past he has been sunburned in the Mojave Desert, traversed the Borneo jungle, and played hurling with the locals in Malaysia. He eagerly anticipates his next adventure.
