Jason is a second year trainee solicitor having just finished his rotation in the Employment and Data Protection Department with Linda Hynes and Síobhra Rush. Jason previously worked in the Dispute Resolution Department with Ronan Mc Goldrick and Laura Daly. Jason is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Diploma in Irish. While in University Jason volunteered with the Free Legal Advice Centre which is an independent human rights organisation dedicated to the realisation of equal access to justice for all.
Jason has also recently completed a Certificate in Data Protection with the Law Society, a course which provided an in-depth analysis of the legal practice and challenge of data protection.
Prior to joining Leman Solicitors, Jason worked for a year as a paralegal in a general practice firm in his native Donegal. He subsequently moved to a well-established general practice firm in North County Dublin where he gained extensive experience as a trainee solicitor particularly in conveyancing and litigation matters.
