Her recent work has involved representing claimants in redundancy and discrimination cases. Síobhra has expertise in a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, as well as employment issues arising in commercial transactions, in particular around TUPE. Síobhra has specialist expertise in health and safety law, and holds a Certificate in Pension Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland. She also sits on the Employment Law Committee of the Law Society.
The Employment Team is awarded for its growing presence in the Irish employment market, impressing clients with knowledge of contract and handbook reviews, TUPE and employee share options. Equally experienced in disputes, such as claims of bullying and constructive dismissal.
