Be Together Samsung

Over the last two weeks, Samsung has applied for trademark registrations in the EU and US around the phrase “Be Together”. (Click to enlarge)

Each application is for “Smartphones; Tablet computers; Smart watches.”

This, to me, sounds very much like a new tagline for their mobile products.

It’s certainly pretty new, as a quick Google quickly shows:

If it is a new trademark for a new tagline, possibly for a new product, then it could potentially have some problems. There’s existing trademarks registered by both Google and Cisco that contain the statement “Be Together”
