Ogier Leman LLP are delighted to announce that Oisín McLoughlin has joined the Corporate department as Partner at the firm.
A Legal 500 “key lawyer,” Oisín is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) specialist who has more than 15 years’ experience advising investors in and promoters of technology companies, private equity clients, international and domestic energy developers, generators and utilities, and various clients in the supply chain for the technology, manufacturing and pharma industries.
His practice also includes advice for owner managed businesses, joint ventures, investment rounds, foreign direct investment, private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations and governance.

Before joining Ogier Leman in 2023, Oisín was a partner at another multinational law firm. He previously worked with Ogier from 2011 to 2013.
