Ogier Leman are delighted to announce that Edon Byrnes has joined the Corporate department as Partner at the firm.

Edon joins Leman from DWF Ireland and has over 16 years’ experience advising on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, share/asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, limited partnership structures and company law.  He has specialised in work for many clients in the healthcare, software, facilities and renewables sectors.

Speaking about the news Dominic Conlon, Head of Corporate, said “We are thrilled to have Edon on board, he brings a wealth of experience to Leman’s growing Corporate department and he will be an important part of our growth plans as we merge with Ogier. We hope to add more recruits, including another Partner, to our department over the coming months, and look forward to delivering excellent service to our Irish and international client base.”
