Ursula is a commercial lawyer and partner in Leman Solicitors and heads up the corporate structuring unit. Ursula has a wealth of experience and expertise in general commercial and corporate law including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, commercial contracts, cross border and domestic mergers and Irish corporate governance matters. She specializes in corporate structuring and in particular international transaction work, having worked closely (for over 15 years) with tax professionals , advising on the Irish company law aspects of all types of structuring, re-structuring, re-financing, inter and intra-group transactions, re-organisations and mergers.
A graduate of University College Dublin, Ursula was previously a partner in Landwell Solicitors, correspondent law firm to PwC Ireland which ultimately merged with Beauchamps. Prior to that, on qualification, she worked in the commercial department of A & L Goodbody.
